Your paint, without
its history.
Swirls, scratches, oxidation and water spots: removed from the clear coat, not hidden under wax.
Every wash, every parking lot, every summer leaves a mark. Correction takes the record off.
Under machine polish, years of swirl marks and micro-scratches come out of the clear coat permanently. The result is paint with the depth and wet gloss it had on the delivery truck, visible from across the street.
We start with a test spot, agree on the level with you, and only then work the car panel by panel. One-step and two-step corrections both start at $499.
One step or two
Both from $499. The difference is how far gone the paint is, and how far you want the gloss to go.
One-Step Correction
From $499
A single compound-and-polish stage that clears light-to-moderate swirl and scratch patterns. The right call for well-kept paint that has picked up wash marring.
Two-Step Correction
From $499
Separate cutting and refining stages for heavier defects (deeper scratches, oxidation, water-spot etching) finished to a sharper, show-level gloss.
Four stages, no guesswork
-
01
Assessment
Paint is inspected and measured under proper light. We agree on a test spot with you before committing to the full car.
-
02
Preparation
Wash, iron and tar removal, clay bar. Correction only begins on surgically clean paint.
-
03
Correction
Compounding and polishing stages remove swirl marks, wash scratches, oxidation and water spots from the clear coat.
-
04
Finishing
A refining polish brings up final gloss, panels are wiped to bare paint and inspected again under light.

Paint Correction FAQs
How do I know my car needs correction?
Swirl marks in sunlight, light scratches, dullness or oxidation are the usual signs. They accumulate from improper washing, UV exposure and environmental contaminants. Tunnel washes are a common culprit.
Is this the same as a polish?
No. A standard polish can mask imperfections temporarily. Correction removes them permanently through multiple measured stages of compounding and polishing.
One-step or two-step?
A one-step correction handles light-to-moderate defects in a single compound-and-polish stage. A two-step separates cutting and refining for heavier defects and a sharper final gloss. The test spot decides it. Both start at $499.
How long does it take?
Four to ten hours on average, longer for severe paint. We quote the window before we book the day.
Will every scratch come out?
Light and moderate scratches, swirls and oxidation: yes. Anything that has cut through the clear coat needs touch-up or repair, and we will tell you honestly at the test spot.

I recently had my car ceramic coated by Cole’s Auto Detailing, and the results were outstanding. The finish is incredibly glossy, smooth, and looks showroom-new. You can tell they use top-quality products and take real pride in their work. Cole’s customer service was just as impressive; they explained everything clearly, kept me informed throughout the process, and even followed up afterward. It’s rare to find a business that delivers both exceptional results and a personal touch…

First time using a mobile detail service and I gotta say; these guys are awesome! Super detail-oriented and easy to trust. Just give them access to water and power, and they handle everything. Definitely my go-to crew from now on. Thanks, fellas, fantastic job!

Cole’s Auto Detailing did an incredible job on my car. Their attention to detail was outstanding. The car looked spotless inside and out. Communication was excellent throughout the process, which made everything even smoother. Although they’re a mobile service, I didn’t have access to water or power, so they kindly offered a convenient location I could drive to. That flexibility really stood out…
